Join us at Orangetheory Fitness in San Francisco, California for a high energy workout that’s a perfect blend of cardiovascular and strength training.
Our workout uses three main components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training blocks. Our personal gym trainers will lead you through a heart rate monitored 60-minute group workout that will leave you feeling revitalized. Please notify our trainers prior to the start of your session if you have any physical limitations so they are able to make any necessary adjustments for your safety.
Over the course of your hour-long Orangetheory Fitness session, you will perform multiple intervals that have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your individual maximum heart rate, which translates to Zones 4/5. This produces an "after burn" like effect, meaning that your metabolic rate will be increased. In other words, you'll have increased energy and will burn extra calories for up to a day and a half after your fitness session.
Whether your goal is weight-loss or fitness-based, Orangetheory’s personal gym trainers are committed to your personal success. If your wish is to increase endurance, to build strength and power, or would like to lose weight and tone up, Orangetheory is the perfect environment to help to support you as you work to achieve your fitness goals.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
